CA Satish Sarda is the senior most partner of the firm. He completed his articleship from M/s Loya Bagri & Co. and passed CA in the year 1993. He has been actively associated with Nagpur branch of WIRC of ICAI. He was elected to Managing Committee of Nagpur branch in the year 2007 and became Treasurer-2008, Secretary - 2009, Vice Chairman -2010 and Chairman - 2011. He also held the position of Chairman of Nagpur Branch of WICASA of ICAI in the year 2012.
He is actively associated in social and academic fields. He was the President of Orange City Jaycees in the year 2004 and Zone Vice-President of zone IX of Indian Jaycess in the year 2005. During his Jaycees career he won outstanding Jaycee of Indian Jaycees. He also became zone trainer. He is looking after Goods and Service Tax (GST ), Service Tax, Local Body Tax, Audits etc. He is also a member of National Faculty Cell of ICAI for imparting training on GST. He has also successfully completed Certificate course on Forensic Accounting & Fraud Prevention.

CA MANOJ M SONI
CA Manoj Soni completed his Articleship from M/S Loya Bagri & Co. and passed CA in the year 1997. He is actively associated with Rotary Club of Nagpur Ishanya and occupied important posts of Treasurer, Joint Secretary and secretary. He is mainly looking after Income Tax, Transfer Pricing and Audits.

CA DINESH T RATHI
CA Dinesh T Rathi did his articleship form Sharma Vora & Associates, Pune and passed in the year 1999. During his Articleship he has done audits of premier companies. After passing CA he joined premier Audit Firm Delloitte Haskins & Sells / S B Billmoria & Co. Pune. There he got exposure to major audits of Banks & other industries.
He is ISA qualified having passed the Information System Audit course of ICAI.
He has also passed Company Secretary Exam in the year 2002 and he is mainly looking after Project Finance, Company law and Audits.
He is a regular contributor as speaker/ Paper presenter in various conferences, Seminar, Study Circle meetings.

CA Manoj Jain completed his Articleship from S. R. Batliboi & CO., Kolkata and passed CA in the year 2004. He is actively associated with various social and professional bodies. He has also passed Company Secretary Exam in the year 2000.

CA PRIYANKA A LAHOTI
CA Priyanka Lahoti completed her Articleship from R K Singhania & Associates,Raipur and passed CA in the year 2010.
